Google Account and OAuth Information
GBI.Tech Ads allows authorized internal users to connect a Google account through OAuth 2.0. When you authorize the connection, Google may share with us your Google account identifier, email address, profile name, and an access token that allows our application to interact with the Google Ads API on your behalf.
We do not request or store your Google account password. OAuth tokens are stored securely and are only used for the purposes you authorize.
Google Ads Account and Campaign Data
With your explicit consent and authorization, GBI.Tech Ads accesses Google Ads account and campaign data through the Google Ads API. This may include account identifiers, campaign structure, ad groups, ads, keywords, bidding settings, performance metrics, conversion data, budget information, audience definitions, and account-level settings.
This data is accessed only by authorized users of GBI.Tech Ads and is used internally to manage, analyze, and optimize advertising accounts connected to our platform.
How the Information Is Used
We use the information we collect to operate and improve GB.ITech and GBI.Tech Ads, respond to inquiries, evaluate partnership opportunities, provide advertising management services, monitor account performance, generate internal reports, secure our systems, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell Google user data to third parties. We do not use Google user data to build or augment user profiles for unrelated advertising, marketing, or targeting purposes.
Data Storage and Security
We store data in secure, cloud-hosted environments with access restricted to authorized personnel. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, regular security reviews, and monitoring to protect against unauthorized access or disclosure.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We maintain reasonable safeguards and review them regularly, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information or Google user data. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

When you disconnect your Google account from GBI.Tech Ads or request deletion, we will delete or de-identify associated Google Ads data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law. You may request deletion by contacting us using the information below.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update, restrict, or delete your personal information, object to certain processing, or request data portability. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Google API Services Compliance

Specifically, we do not use Google user data to serve advertisements, including personalized, re-targeted, or interest-based advertisements. We do not sell, rent, transfer, or otherwise disclose Google user data to third parties for advertising or unrelated commercial purposes. We do not use Google user data to build separate user profiles unrelated to GBI.Tech Ads.
